# Sunday Scorecard

> Paste a YouTube sermon link. Sunday Scorecard checks every claim against Scripture, scores the sermon twice (by the church's own public statements of faith, and by the confessions, literature and scholarship of nearly every denominational tradition across the whole church, each out of 10), and screens for high-control language with a 0-100 control index (lower is better). Built by the Church Accountability Network.

## What it is
Opinion, commentary and analysis of sermons that churches and ministers have posted publicly on YouTube. Private, unlisted and members-only videos are never scored. Scores are opinions based on the disclosed facts in each scorecard; the control index is a screen of language, not a finding of misconduct. Anyone named can reply: https://www.mysundayscorecard.com/reply/

## Method
1. Transcribe and trace every claim about Scripture, history or the faith.
2. Check each claim in Hebrew or Greek, across translations, and against how the church has read it.
3. Score it twice: by the church's own public statements of faith, and by the confessions, literature and scholarship of nearly every denominational tradition.
4. Screen for control: insulation from accountability (15), pastor-centered preaching (12), loyalty pressure (12), brand over Christ (10), fear and us-versus-them (10), financial pressure (10), shame and the private life (10), staff used as object lessons (8), spiritual bypassing (8), delivery (5).
