Every scored sermon, ranked

Across: the Sunday Score, how faithful a sermon is to the texts it cites and to what Christians across traditions agree on. Down: the control index, a screen of the sermon's language for high-control patterns, where lower is better. The best sermons sit in the top right. New scorecards appear here as soon as they are published.

How to read a score

The Sunday Score runs 0 to 100: 70 and up is sound, 55 to 69 mixed, 40 to 54 loose, under 40 weak. It is the median of a panel of seats, each voicing one Christian tradition or academic discipline from its published sources.

What the control index is not

It screens the language of one public sermon for patterns linked to high-control groups. It is not a finding that abuse or misconduct has occurred. One sermon is weak evidence.

Drafts and review

AI drafts every scorecard and a human editor reviews it. Scorecards not yet reviewed are marked as AI drafts. If we got something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
